Monday - Penne Carbonara

Grilled chicken breast seasoned with smoked paprika and served over penne pasta with crimini mushrooms and tossed in a carbonara sauce.

 

Tuesday - Chicken Piccata

Oven roasted, bone in, chicken breast seasoned with ancho chili powder. Served with rice pilaf, seasonal vegetable and lime picatta sauce.

 

Wednesday - Spinach Fettuccini

Spinach fettuccini with roasted red peppers, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, yellow squash all tossed in a herb, white wine garlic sauce.

 

Thursday - Roasted Pork Loin

Roasted pork loin served with garlic whipped potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a dijon cream sauce.

 

Friday - Catfish

Fresh Ohio blackened catfish served with salt and vinegar fries and old bay tartar sauce.
