Spinach fettuccini with roasted red peppers, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, yellow squash all tossed in a herb, white wine garlic sauce.
Thursday - Roasted Pork Loin
Roasted pork loin served with garlic whipped potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a dijon cream sauce.
Friday - Catfish
Fresh Ohio blackened catfish served with salt and vinegar fries and old bay tartar sauce.
