What is 614 Restaurant Week?
       It is YOUR opportunity to go out and dine with style without breaking the bank. Most places serve you 3 courses, here at Black Creek we throw in dessert too. So for just $35 per person you will get a 4 course meal and help out a good cause in the process. A portion of the proceeds from restaurant week support the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. Do good, dine well, sounds like a winning combination!

 

The 614 Restaurant Week Menu
      -January 16-21 

First Course (choose one)

Soup du jour
-made fresh daily in house

Roasted Beet Salad
-slices of roasted beet, fresh greens, shaved daikon radish, goat cheese and a yellow pepper vinaigrette

Kent's Snack Salad
-fresh greens mixed with a balsamic Caesar dressing, sprinkled with cranberries, red onion, roasted red pepper, pickled corn, glazed walnuts, croutons and parmesan cheese

Second Course (choose one)

Smoked Salmon Risotto Balls
-hints of red onion and bleu cheese served with a citrus Dijon dipping sauce

Yucca Chip Bruschetta
-crisp yucca chips with a black eyed pea, black bean, olive spread topped with a tri-color pepper relish

Third Course (choose one)

Poultry & Pears
-Game Hen baked with grilled pears, toasted walnuts and bleu cheese drizzled with a sauce made from the roasting drippings

Rathskeller Salmon
-properly brined, swirled in smoke, tossed with white wine in a creamy pasta with roasted red pepper, red onoin, bacon and parsley

Satiated Loin
-Beef tenderloin slow roasted and filled with spinach, feta and sundried tomato with special seasonings and a light mushroom sauce

Winter's Cellar
-roasted squash stuffed with vegetarian beet risotto, topped with a refreshing mixture of pickled corn, goat cheese and fresh mint

Winter's Heat
-Southwestern cassoulet of white beans, braised pork, cilantro, lime juice, jalapenos and a touch of ancho chili, browned with breadcrumbs and pepper jack cheese, topped with a radish salad
